STEP 1: Dropping Off Your Car and Estimates

Our counselors will provide a free visual inspection within minutes and will offer professional advice on helping you with your insurance claim, rental car, and towing. With your approval we then make a precise estimate after dissembling critical areas in order to have a closer view of the damaged area. Digital photos and a full damage report is then sent electronically to your insurance company for processing.

STEP 2: Body, Frame and Mechanical Repairs

Parts are ordered and master-trained and certified technicians carefully repair your car to its original manufacturer's specifications. Highly-skilled technicians work one on one and in teams to ensure a fast quality repair. The frame, welding, and mechanical equipment we use are all state-of-the-art to ensure that each car is perfect.

STEP 3: Painting

We use only the highest quality paint available on the market. Experienced teams work together to carefully prepare your car for the artistic master painter who will match and spray your color flawlessly. We take the same care and attention to detail in this step as before. The mixing equipment, paint booths, spray tools, and drying equipment are also state-of-the-art.

STEP 4: Reassembly

Reassembling your car is just as important as the repair process itself. At this stage we have the opportunity to guarantee the quality of our work from the inside out. We precisely replace every part, bolt and accessory on the vehicle to exactly the same way it was when it came off the showroom floor, to your complete satisfaction.

STEP 5: Quality Control Inspection

Our unique quality control inspection is ONLY available at Marco's Auto Body. Every technician checks for quality throughout the repair process where they can literally "stop the conveyor belt" if they need to. The final inspection is the most unique part of the repair where we not only perform a final check on the repairs, but we put your car up in the air and do another check underneath the car using our special check point system. Other shops claim that they provide the same inspection, but check out their inspection area and you'll see the difference and know that only Marco's truly dedicates people, equipment, and reserved shop space for this critical area.

STEP 6: Buffing, Detailing and Delivery

Expert buffing enhances the luster of the new paint job. We level and smooth the final finish and appearance to its original factory-new beauty. A full detailing is performed so that your car is presented looking like it came off the showroom floor. The way we deliver your vehicle is unique to Marco's Auto Body. Not only do you get to closely examine the repairs, you can test drive your car, slam each door, check your lights, radio, horn, and inspect the trunk compartment and under the hood. Only after we know you are completely satisfied do we review payment for repairs.

STEP 7: Follow-up
